Healthy Focus is the name of the business in which I offer natural, wholistic healing work.  I provide colon hydrotherapy (colonics), practical iris analysis (iridology), nutritional & lifestyle counseling, and essential oil therapies.  I have worked in wholistic healing for the last 30 years, and have taught and lectured extensively across the country.  

Bear in mind, you can not focus on health and disease at the same time.  One or the other will inevitably take precedence and expand in your direct experience.  The purpose of this site is to encourage you to engage a ‘healthy focus’ by providing educational information that you may not have considered.  I think most people will agree our society in general has a UN-healthy focus at present.  Consider the consequences apparent in the level of ill-health being experienced.  I do NOT have all the answers, primarily because each of us is unique.  I can offer - and will - basic and often common sense perspectives that are largely ignored by medicine.  A number of people have tested these for themselves and found them very beneficial over the last 30 years.

I use the butterfly as my logo.  The caterpillar literally gives everything of itself in it’s bid for new life.  There are few other symbols that so clearly represent the beauty and fragility of natural freedom and the re-birth that comes through growth and change.

I am an open, All-denominational minister, which simply means: “All are welcome at my table..”   This was and IS the true message of Christ though it may be hard to see in our modern culture.  Today perhaps more than ever before, however, we are seeing a rise in the emphasis placed on Spirituality.  This is not the same as the emphasis placed on religion, which tends to be divisive and increases “separation” through human dogmas.  Spirituality unites us, not only with each other in terms of the world population, but also in terms of LIFE in the greater sense of the word.  Today more than ever we are desiring to experience - to feel - this connection.  A connection being discovered at the cutting edges of quantum physics and long reflected in the Spiritual traditions of indigenous peoples.  This is the perspective that I endorse, both as a Christian minister and a representative of the Holy Spirit.  If I can be of service please give me a call.
